Do your products use natural or synthetic rattan?

Natural rattan, derived from local raw materials sustainably harvested from Indonesian forests.

Synthetic rattan (PE rattan / plastic rattan), which is weather resistant and suitable for outdoor use.

Both can be combined with wooden, iron or aluminum frames according to design needs.

Does your company accept custom orders (designs according to request)?

Yes. We handle custom design orders based on images, product samples, or specifications provided by the client. Our design team can customize sizes, colors, and materials to suit market demand or your brand identity.

Do you serve exports abroad?

Yes. We have experience exporting rattan products to various countries in Asia, Europe, America, and the Middle East.

Where is your factory or workshop located?

Our workshop and production facilities are located in Cirebon, West Java, one of Indonesia's largest rattan industrial centers. This location provides easy access to raw materials and export ports.

What is your company's production capacity?

Our production capacity is approximately 10–15 containers per month, depending on the product type and complexity. For small orders or hotel/resort projects, we can flexibly adjust production schedules.

What is the production time (lead time) for export orders?

Standard lead time is 6–8 weeks after order confirmation and down payment, depending on volume and design variety.
